Mobile Application Setup Guide

Here's How It Works

1. Search For Mobile Application

Within your mobile device's Play Store / App Store you can search for the “Johnson Oil & Lp” app.

2. Download and Install Application

Once you've located the app, download it to your mobile device.

3. Register & Activate Application

Upon opening the app you will be prompted with a login screen. if you have not already registered, you'll need to select the option to “Activate” the app.

4. Gather Activation Information

You'll need your “Customer ID” and your “Account #” to activate the app. this can be found on your invoice.

5. Registration Verification Code

Once you've registered, you'll receive an e-mail confirming registration and providing with you a verification code. (if you did not already have an e-mail address on file, you'll be prompted to input one in order to receive the verification code and move forward.)

6. Setup New Password

After inputting the verification code, you'll be prompted to change your password. (it must meet the password requirements shown.)

7. Logged Into The App

You'll be logged into the app after confirming your new password! make sure to utilize your new password on future login attempts

8. Utilize The App

Now that you've logged into your account you can utilize the Johnson Oil & LP app to pay your bill, request service work or deliveries (if your company allows it), update your account information and more!
